1-Year Warranty
Every OlyPickleball paddle is covered for a full year against manufacturing defects. If it fails, we replace it.
What’s Covered
All OlyPickleball paddles come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship:
- Face delamination — the carbon or fiberglass face separating from the core
- Core separation or crushing — the honeycomb core breaking down under normal play
- Handle loosening or breakage — the handle detaching or cracking during play
- Edge foam deterioration — premature breakdown of the edge guard or perimeter foam
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (surface texture smoothing over time, grip wear, cosmetic scuffs)
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents (throwing, hitting the ground, net posts)
- Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Paddles purchased from unauthorized resellers
How to File a Claim
- Email [email protected] with the subject line “Warranty Claim”
- Include your order number and the email used at checkout
- Attach 2–3 clear photos showing the defect (close-up plus a wider shot of the paddle)
- Our team reviews within 1–2 business days
- Approved claims ship a replacement at no cost to you
