30-Day Risk-Free Trial
We believe in our gear, and we want you to feel confident trying it. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a full refund.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Paddles must be in like-new condition (light play marks are acceptable)
- Accessories, apparel, and balls must be unused and in original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Start a Return
Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
1-Year Warranty
All OlyPickleball paddles come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
- Face delamination
- Core separation
- Handle loosening or breakage
- Edge foam deterioration
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from modifications.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Used balls or opened ball packs
- Items returned after 30 days
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].
