Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days; DHL/FedEx Express takes 3–7 business days. Delivery to the US typically runs 7–12 business days on standard service.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $99 USD.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to over 30 countries including the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, and South Korea. If your country isn’t listed, email us and we’ll find a solution.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — even if you’ve played with the paddle. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
How long does the warranty last?
All OlyPickleball paddles come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. See our full warranty page for details.

Are your paddles USAPA approved?
Yes. Our Pro Spin Carbon and Summit Pro paddles are USA Pickleball (USAPA) approved and eligible for sanctioned tournament play. The Summit and Summit Lite are built to the same standards but are not currently submitted for certification.
What grip size do your paddles have?
Standard 4.25-inch cushioned perforated grip. Overgrips are available.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions through Stripe. We never store card data.
